8:45 am Meeting at Datieguan metro station Exit A
9:00-10:00 am Taking the bus to Shaoxing Rice Wine Town
10:00-11:30 am Intangible cultural heritage class
Visit Shaoxing Rice Wine distillery, learn the ancient brewing process of Shaoxing rice wine, get to know the honored culture of the distillery and experience the skills of the altar.
11:30 am-1:00 pm Lunch (Shaoxing specialty)
1:00-1:30 pm Take the bus to Anchang ancient town
1:30-3:30 pm Hang out in the town, visit Renchang Soy Sauce Garden, which is featured in the documentary A Bite of China. In winter, every household dries sauces, a string of sausage, sauce duck, and sauce fish.
3:30-5:00 pm Free time
5:00-6:00 pm Take bus back to Hangzhou
